Content Leader

Job Description
About the role:

You will be a part of the Marketing and Communications team at Tiger Analytics. As a content expert, you will be responsible to create, publishing, and sharing quality content that will provide the best information and inspiration to our people, our clients, and our community about data, analytics, and technology in an insightful, motivating, and powerful way.  You’ll act as both content thought partner and line editor, working with Tiger SMEs to create publishing strategies, develop strong storylines, and produce compelling stories. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content, follow editorial processes, and build a content team of SMEs, reviewers, and editorial team (internal and freelancers). With each project, you will strive to create an engaging, inspiring experience for our Tiger authors by helping them develop a powerful editorial product that will make an impact on our many audiences.


The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a challenging, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment. You’ll own content strategy planning and execution, work directly with Marcom leader, Tiger leadership, and collaborate with multiple streams/functions. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth. Below are key aspects of the role as we see in the near future.
● Build and manage the editorial calendar to maintain a healthy flow of thought leadership-driven content pipeline and coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards. Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence
● Work with Tiger Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in shaping raw content (PowerPoint presentations, case studies, speaker notes) into different formats of editorial content and publishing the same across Tiger blogging platforms, social media, website, and marketing collaterals
● Develop content for blogs, articles, white papers, social media, videos, podcasts, and the company website
● Build relationships with Delivery leads and knowledge experts, and become familiar with the publishing priorities of one or more industry/functional practices.
● You will stay current on business news and trends and have an appreciation of audience engagement practices and digital analytics.
● Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies. Include and optimize all content for SEO
● Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
● Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
● Identifying audiences’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
● Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.

Job Requirement
Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:

6-12years in business writing and editing roles, including digital publishing with exposure to several of the above responsibilities preferably in the Analytics/Technology/Management consulting industries.
✔ Strong editorial judgment; ability to rapidly absorb complex ideas and distill them into accessible copy for global audiences
✔ Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)
✔ Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy to understand even for non-technical people
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Ability to confidently and tactfully engage with senior staff and subject-matter experts; skill at achieving consensus and moving projects forward
✔ Exceptional organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage editorial processes, and meet both short-term and long-term deadlines.
